What is Project ZLO ?


Project ZLO is a data entry project being executed by Beautiful Concepts Pvt Ltd..

As a Freelance Data Entry Community Member you are required to copy and paste publicly available information into a Google Sheet.

Beautiful Concepts will provide basic training via written instructions and Videos ( which is on this page ). We have tried to make it as detailed as possible.


For real time support and discussions & communicating with other members of the community you will need to include yourself in our work from home community on slack.


Beautiful Concepts pays according the amount of correct data that is provided by you.


Details of Payments, How to enroll and get started and answers to most questions is provided on this page.


1:1 support & hand holding is NOT Possible for us, please read this page entirely, watch all videos as many times as required, however if you are not able to understand via these instructions, then please do not proceed further.

We work and communicate in real time with our team, we use Slack as our preferred choice of software to communicate with everyone. You will need to sign-up ( you can download the software on your laptop / mobile phone or use the web version on your browser- all are acceptable. )

If you use the mobile version please setup notifications so it does not disturb you at odd hours.

How to sign up for slack and join the channel






We recommend following our YouTube Channel so you always have access to all our instruction videos and you are aware when new instruction videos are shared.


 

What to do when you are on slack .


As Explained in the video -
  • If it is not visible on your slack page
    • Search for Data-zlo
    • Add yourself to the Data-zlo Channel
    • Click on the button to go to the ZLO Channel




 

✅Check List Before you start


  • You will require a Gmail account through which you can access the sheet and submit your work.

    • We use Gsheets to sharing documents, therefore a Gmail Account is required.

  • You will require a desktop / laptop which is connected to the internet.

  • You will require basic knowledge of internet surfing and copy pasting data

  • You will require an account on facebook from where you can copy the data when required. You are not require to share or post anything. You will need to copy some data as shown in the Video below.

 

Rule of Valid Data


Data Submission should not exceed beyond 4 Days in any case.


What This Means :


Monday is Day 1

Tuesday is Day 2

Wednesday is Day 3 .

Thursday is Day 4

Friday is Day 5

Saturday is Day 6

Sunday is Day 7


If you take a city on Day 1 - It should be submitted by End of Work Day 3 or Start of Work Day 4

If you take a city on Day 2 - It should be submitted by End of Work Day 4 or Start of Work Day 5

If you take a city on Day 3 - It should be submitted by End of Work Day 5 or Start of Work Day 6

If you take a city on Day 4 - It should be submitted by End of Work Day 6 or Start of Work Day 7

If you take a city on Day 5 - It should be submitted by End of Work Day 7 or Start of Work Day 1

If you take a city on Day 6 - It should be submitted by End of Work Day 1 or Start of Work Day 2

If you take a city on Day 7 - It should be submitted by End of Work Day 2 or Start of Work Day 3


The data that you are going to copy and paste is time bound & Submissions should be done every 3-4 Days. If data is older the 3 - 4 days , we will have to reject it.


When you submit your file - our system automatically Time Stamps Date & Time


We will be checking the URL's for validity of the data. If we find that you have provided us with data that is older than 4 days - we will be forced to reject your entire sheet.


Pay Outs can be expected after 7 - 10 days of submissions .

 

How to submit your sheet for a Pay Out


All submissions can only happen via our secure Google Form.

Please do not include any sensitive Information



IMPORTANT : We do NOT require any OTP's or personal / sensitive documents from you to make your payment.

If anyone claims to be from our team and is asking you for such information Please DO NOT share it & Please report it immediately to HR@BeautifulConceptsCo.com


 

How will I know when the payment has been made?


Our team will share a screenshot of the payment with you via slack when the payment has been made by us as proof of payment.


 

How will I know what work has been accepted, and what work has been rejected & why ?


Along with proof of payment, our team will always provide you with a report of what has been rejected why it has been rejected - along with a report that explains line by line how much we have paid per line .


Each entry has a value that can be viewed and understood by our PayOut sheet

We are only looking for data entries with email addresses so to help you should efficiently find the email addresses of listing agents and co-listing agents from multiple sources (websites, Facebook, and Google) before starting data entry. Ensure accuracy and thoroughness.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Using Zillow for Data Entry


Instructions

Efficiently extract the most recent property listings and corresponding listing agent information from Zillow. If the email address is unavailable on Zillow, locate it via the brokerage's website or social media platforms. If the email address is not found, skip the record.


 

Steps for starting work


1. Preparing to Work

  1. Open the "Take a City" sheet:

    • Select a city and state from the list.

    • Enter your name in the "Assigned By" column to indicate you are working on that city. This ensures no duplication of work within the team.

  2. Open Zillow.com in your browser.

2. Searching for Properties on Zillow

  1. Enter the city and state in the search bar:

    • Type the selected city and state (e.g., "Los Angeles, CA") into the search bar on Zillow's homepage.

  2. Set filters to view the most recent listings:

    • Click the “Filters” button on the results page.

    • Adjust the filters as follows:

      • Listing Date: Select “Last 3 Days” to ensure listings are recent.

      • Property Type: Select the appropriate property types (e.g., Houses, Apartments, etc.).

      • For Sale By: Include all categories unless specified otherwise.

    • Apply the filters to update the results.

3. Reviewing Property Listings

  1. Scroll through the filtered listings and identify the most recent properties (posted within the last 3 days).

  2. For each property:

    • Click on the property to view its details.

    • Note the listing agent's name, which is usually displayed under the property description or on the right sidebar.

    • Copy the property Listing URL and paste it into the designated column in your Excel sheet.

4. Searching for the Listing Agent

  1. Navigate to the "Find an Agent" section:

    • At the top of Zillow’s page, click on “Agent Finder” or use the search bar labeled “Find an Agent.”

  2. Search for the listing agent:

    • Enter the listing agent's full name into the search bar.

    • Use filters or sorting options to match the city and state of the listed property. Ensure you select the correct agent if multiple results appear.

  3. Verify agent details:

    • Check the agent’s profile to confirm their connection to the city and state of the property.

    • Gather the following required contact information:

      • Phone number (if available).

      • Email address (if listed).


 

5. Finding the Agent’s Email Address Elsewhere

If the email address is not found via Zillow’s Find an Agent feature:


Step 1: Check the Brokerage’s Website

  1. Note the brokerage name listed under the agent’s profile or the property listing.

  2. Search for the brokerage’s website on Google or use the LB-Website column in your sheet.

  3. On the brokerage’s website:

    • Navigate to the “Contact Us” page, usually in the header or footer.

    • Look for a directory or “Meet Our Agents” section to find the agent’s profile.

    • If an agent-specific email is unavailable, take the general brokerage email address from the contact page.

Step 2: Search on Facebook

  1. Search for the agent's name or the brokerage name on Facebook.

    • Use keywords like "Agent’s Full Name Realtor" or "Brokerage Name Real Estate".

  2. Visit the Facebook Page for the agent or brokerage:

    • Navigate to the “About” section of the page.

    • Look for an email address listed under contact information.

  3. If the agent’s Facebook page is unavailable:

    • Check the brokerage’s Facebook page for contact information.

Step 3: Use Google Search

  1. Perform a Google search for the agent or brokerage:

    • Use queries like:

      • "Agent’s Full Name" email

      • "Agent’s Full Name" contact

      • "Agent’s Full Name + Brokerage Name"

    • Check results for profiles on third-party platforms (e.g., Realtor.com) or official websites.



 

6. Handling Missing Email Addresses

  • If an email address is unavailable via:

    • Zillow Agent Finder,

    • Brokerage’s website,

    • Brokerage’s Facebook page,

    • Google search,

    • Skip the record and move to the next property.


 

Tips for Efficiency

  • Use Browser Shortcuts:

    • Use "Ctrl + F" or "Cmd + F" to quickly search for terms like "email" or "contact" on web pages.

  • Bookmark Common Sites:

    • Save frequently visited brokerage websites or social media profiles for faster access.

  • Document Findings:

    • If an email address cannot be found after following these steps, document the attempts made in a separate column for review.

  • Always check for an email address using the website, Facebook, and Google in the order specified.

  • Use the website’s headers, footers, and contact pages to locate information efficiently.

  • Only start data entry once the email is confirmed to be available in at least one source.

HOW TO START WORK


Before you can start work there is one more step that needs to be completed.

You must assign yourself a city.


Rules of Assigning Yourself a City :


  1. You can only assign yourself a maximum of 3 cities per day.

    1. If you have run out of fresh entries for your city, please announce it on slack, so everyone is aware you are taking additional cities & our team can check and verify that you have completed 3 cities correctly.

  2. Only 1 Person Per City at a time Policy : Only 1 person can work on one city at any given time, which means that if a city is already being worked on by someone else, you can not work on it at the same time.

  3. Do NOT Delete anyone's name or data from the sheet .

    1. The sheets are moderated and monitored by the community members , if we find that you have deleted someone else's name from a city - you will instantly be blocked from the slack and your sheet will not be accepted .

    2. If you delete someone's data by mistake - Please click on CTRL + Z or use the Undo Function in Gsheet so that you can restore it . The other option is to let us know on Slack that you have made a mistake by erasing someone's data and we can restore the sheet .

  4. Nearby Cities : Please ensure that you use search for 50 miles and include nearby cities and their entries into your sheet . You must write the names of these cities in the take a city sheet so everyone is aware that you are working on this sheet .

We expect everyone to show professionalism while working on the sheet and while communicating on slack. You are requested to show professional courtesy and human decency with the community members .


The City Sheet has Over 1000 Main Cities , and each main city can have over 20 - 40 nearby cities , in addition the take a city sheet is reset every 5 Days, so if you have not been able to take a city before you can do so the next week when the sheet is reset.

This means that there is no shortage of cities or entries , all entries are paid the same, so please do not worry if the sheet is seeming full or empty to you .

Am I Eligible ?

This project is an Open To All Project and is Intended for anyone above the age of 18 who wants to work from home in a professional manner.


Is there any fee to join?

NO. There are no fee or commissions that are involved in this project or any project provided by us. This project is Free to join.


What if I need help?

In order to work with us you will be required to communicate via Slack & join the community. In Addition to slack you can also connect with us via social media & emails .


Training is provided via our website - We have clear instructions and videos to help. You can communicate directly with the team, refer to the help page and you can always ask the community for help.


Is this target based work?

No. There a no targets that you have to achieve. However, we do have a minimum number of entries that you must submit before you can expect a payment.

 

How and when are payments made?

Payments are made every 15 days. When you submit your work sheet, you will also be required to provide your UPI ID so we can remit payments into that. This information is submitted via a form directly from our website only.

No one from Beautiful Concepts Pvt Ltd will ever ask you for your photo id / pan card / aadhaar card or documents. If anyone requests you confidential information please report them to us immediately at hr@beautifulconceptsco.com
