Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and fluent English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills to join our team as a Customer Support Executive - Blended Process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls during night hours, possess a neutral accent, and be committed to delivering clear and effective communication. This role requires a proactive attitude, the ability to handle conversations professionally, and a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment during non-traditional hours.
Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries via chat and calls in a blended process.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (timings may vary).
Only male candidates .
Must possess a personal laptop and reliable WiFi connection.
Requirement of a neutral accent or no accent.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Eligibility & What you will need to do this job
You will require a laptop / desktop with Minimum 8 GB Ram
You will require a minimum of 30 MBPS Internet speed .
You will require a working headset with Mic
You may be required to join a Gmeet / Zoom Call - You will be required to turn on your video camera - Linked to your laptop / computer.
You will require a quiet place to work which is free of loud noises.
Before you Apply
