Position: International Sales Executive Type: Remote, Full-Time Work Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM ( On Rotatational and Roster Basis ) Location: Work from Home Salary: 3.6 LPA - Freshers
4.2 LPA - 6 Months to 1 Year Experience in Sales & Outbound Calling
4.8 LPA - 1 - 3 Years Experience in Sales & Outbound Calling
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and business-savvy Outbound Caller to engage with prospective leads, initiate conversations, and set up appointments for our US-based sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent English fluency, and a background in outbound calling or telemarketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (minimum 2 years preferred). ✔ Excellent spoken and written English – must be fluent and articulate. ✔ Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and pain points. ✔ Experience in setting appointments for a US-based sales team is a plus. ✔ Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain high productivity levels. ✔ Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Suite, and other communication tools. ✔ Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
Preferred Educational Background:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ✔ Candidates with a diploma or certification in sales, customer engagement, or telemarketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and qualify them based on business needs. ✅ Effectively communicate our services and value propositions to prospects. ✅ Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the US sales team. ✅ Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead status in the CRM. ✅ Handle objections professionally and adapt conversations based on lead responses. ✅ Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets. ✅ Stay up to date with company offerings and industry trends to enhance conversations.
