About the Role - Job Description

Beautiful Concept Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer (Fresher/Junior) to help shape intuitive interfaces across a desktop app, marketing website, client analytics dashboard, and mobile app. You will turn ideas and requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive Figma prototypes that developers can implement.

Responsibilities

Understand requirements: Review briefs, user stories, and basic project files (e.g., README, API notes) to grasp functionality and constraints.

Plan the experience: Create simple user flows, information architecture, and wireframes for desktop, web, dashboard, and mobile.

Design high-fidelity UI: Produce clean layouts, typography, and color systems using Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables).

Prototype: Build clickable Figma prototypes to demonstrate key interactions, states (hover/active/disabled), and responsive behavior.

Dashboard design: Select the right charts (bar/line/pie/area/table) and structure analytics views for clarity and comparison.

Handover to dev: Prepare design specs, export assets, name layers clearly, and document component usage for smooth implementation.

Iterate fast: Incorporate feedback, run quick usability checks, and refine designs for clarity and consistency.

Quality basics: Consider empty states, error messages, validations, and basic accessibility (contrast, readable sizes, keyboard focus).

Design ops: Maintain a lightweight design system (tokens, buttons, inputs, tables, modals, tabs), keep files organized and versioned.

Minimum Requirements (What we actually need)

Figma proficiency (non-negotiable): Auto Layout, Components/Variants, Prototyping, Styles, Variables, and proper layer naming.

Graphic design fundamentals: Layout, spacing, typography, color, and icon usage.

Portfolio showing at least 2 projects that go from concept → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → prototype.

Ability to create responsive designs (desktop, tablet, mobile) and show state handling (loading/empty/error).

Comfort reading simple project artifacts (briefs, user stories, screenshots, or a README) and turning them into flows and screens.

Clear communication, openness to feedback, and on-time delivery.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus points)

Basic understanding of design for analytics dashboards and common chart types.

Exposure to HTML/CSS or front-end handoff (not required to code).

Familiarity with platform patterns: Material Design (Android), Apple HIG (iOS), and common web UI patterns.

Basic accessibility awareness (contrast ratios, readable type, focus states).

Experience with tools like FigJam/Miro, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

What You’ll Work On (Examples)

Desktop App screens for core workflows and settings.

Marketing Website pages (home, features, pricing, blog templates).

Client Dashboard with Analytics (overview, drill-downs, filters, tables, charts).

Mobile App flows (onboarding, navigation, forms, notifications).

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

A small component library (buttons, inputs, dropdowns, tabs, tables, cards, modals).

Clickable end-to-end prototype of 1–2 key flows (e.g., onboarding + dashboard overview).

Consistent typography scale, color palette, spacing system, and documented states.

Developer-ready handoff with clear specs and assets.

Education & Experience

Freshers welcome. Degree/bootcamp/certificate is a plus but portfolio and Figma skill matter most.

Internship or freelance experience is a plus.
